Serrabou: Well it appears they are continuing to do work on the area and when I stopped by early this morning (a balmy 42 degrees according to the Time and Temperature sign there) it was missing. Add the troubles at GZ to the fact that the Sao Paolo location switched its Google Street view--??--which broke the puzzle, and it is time for this one to go. Thanks to all who stopped by!
