[PL] Kosciól pod wezwaniem sw. Tomasza Apostola przy Dereniowej, jest jednym z najdluzej sie budujacych obiektów sakralnych w Warszawie. Jednym z ciekawszych elementów architektonicznych jest ciag ceglanych luków, tworzacych cos na ksztalt tunelu, rozpietych pomiedzy kosciolem a domem parafialnym. Klimatem przypomina to mi troche scenerie z jakichs filmów SF.
Zalecam szukanie w tygodniu. W niedziele i swieta po 15-tej. W okresie bozego narodzenia, przy parafii jest zywa szopka bozonarodzeniowa, która bedzie atrakcja dla dzieci.
[EN] The Church of St.. Thomas the Apostle, at Dereniowa Street, is one of the longest in building places of worship in Warsaw. One of the interesting architectural features is a series of brick arches, forming a sort of tunnel, stretched between the church and parish house. This atmosphere reminds me a scene from some SF movie .
I recommend to look on weekdays. On Sundays and holidays after 3 PM. During Christmas, at the parish is a living Nativity scene, which will be an attraction for children.
