Geocache Description:

Der Allmend-Ziehbrunnen, als Wahrzeichen der Allmend, wurde 1828 erstmals in Akten erwähnt. Der Brunnen diente bis ca. 1950 als Viehtränke. Heute ist der Ort ein Denkmal an dem die herumliegenden Grenzsteine der Allmed-Lose aufgestellt sind.
Mehr Infos zum Allmend-Brunnen gibt es an der sehr ausführlichen Infotafel vor Ort.

Der Cache selbst ist magnetisch, es muss nichts abgeschraubt oder demontiert werden!

Direkt neben dem Brunnen befindet sich übrigens auch noch der Baum- und Heckenlehrpfad Hohberg. Der Weg wurde vom einer Gruppe des BUND mit verschiedenen einheimischen Pflanzen angelegt und ist einen Besuch wert.

Dieser Cache lässt sich hervorragend mit den Multi "4 Seen, 4 Wälder" (GC3VWME) kombinieren. (visit link)

English version:

Allmend-draw well, a landmark of the Allmend was first mentioned in records in 1828. The fountain was used until about 1950 as a cattle trough. Today it is a monument to the landmarks of the scattered Allmed-lots are situated.

The cache itself is magnetic, it must not be unscrewed or removed!

Right next to the fountain is the way even the trees and hedges Hohberg trail. The path was built by a group of BUND with native plants and is well worth a visit.
