The railway line from Waterloo to Southampton originally went through Ash Green, and this is where the station was. This section of the line was closed fifty years ago as part of the Beeching cuts. What was once Ash Green station is now a private house, and the old railway has been replaced by a footpath.
The cache is a 1 litre clip-top container large enough for most travel bugs. It is hidden somewhere along the path but you will need to solve a puzzle for more clues. The puzzle is of a "turn up and solve" type (as opposed to the "solve at your desk" which I usually set).
Step 1: Translate this message (instructions to find the micro)

7,8-7,10-6,2,1-4,3,3-1,5,4-2,1,8-5,9,4-3,4,6-3,2,4

Step 2: Find the object
One of the words in the message is wrong. You must look for an object 80m away from 1000m (either short of or past it depending on which way you are travelling). There you'll find the "wrong" word and what it should be replaced by.
Step 3: Find the micro
It contains instructions to find the final cache. Please rehide it so that it can't be seen.
Step 4: Get the cache
