This is in a series of 6 caches we have placed to fill in some gaps around town. There is no real rhyme or reason to the series. Various types of containers have been used.
These are not our favorite type of caches however when weather, time or lack of daylight limits us they get the job done. We hope these will help keep you busy during the colder caching season!
This one is located near walking trails in Rockwood Park which we only discovered this summer through caching! It has become one of our dd's favorite places and has lots of great memories. Long hikes, unnecessary detours, caves without flashlights, a DNF that we just wouldn’t give up on, and so many more. This cache should be a quick and easy find not much of a hike and little bushwhacking required, if you haven’t already, while here plan on grabbing a few in the area. There are some amazing trails and great views on this side of the park just waiting for you to enjoy.
