This cache should be more appropriately named "A Troubled Bridge". As it caused the area alot of problems. I was building a new Middle school, that was adjacent to the Bridge. Also there is a High School on the same property with around 1200 students, and the Bridge was condemed by the NCDOT as it was falling apart, last June 2010, with 3 days of school left, causing all kinds of Major traffic problems.
The new bridge was completed Labor Day weekend (Sept 2010).......as you will see it is a much safer and a new & shiny constructed bridge that should last for a very long time. Happy caching!
