Will It Be Safe? Traditional Geocache

Enter from the east at about France ave. But it could be flooded right now.
Or enter from the west at Normandale Blvd, but you will need to find legal parking and
access the trail at 44 47.515 093 21.318 But be-warned you can't park there. The neighbors pulled some political strings and there are now NO PARKING signs up and down this wide street and the large cul-de-sac. They will call the police and you will get a parking ticket. Never happened to me, but I've seen it happen to another.
Your seeking a regular size cache. While hiking this you will get a great view of the flood devastation of recent flooding. The walk is easy and not allot of bushwhacking this time of year. Stay on the bike trail until it's gone, then follow your gps. Two dollars for FTF prize.
