Vad vore en flygplats utan ett flygmuseum? Tja, de flesta som besöker Arlanda är tyvärr ovetandes om att det ens existerar ett flygmuseum här. Men för dig som har ett flyghistoriskt intresse finns här en chans att se delar från flygets hundraåriga historia.

What would an airport be without an air museum? Well, most people who visit Arlanda airport is sadly unaware that there even exists an aviation museum here. But if you have an Flight historic interest, here is a chance to see parts of the centuries-old history of aviation.



Museet öppnade 17 september 1998, men fick tyvärr stänga redan efter drygt tre år den 1 december 2001. Sedan dess ser "Arlanda Flygsamlingars Vänner" sett till att museet kan vara öppet några gånger i månaden. De har även hand om underhållet flygsamlingarna.

Cachen kan du logga när som helst. Men vill du besöka flygsamlingarna så har du färre tillfällen att välja bland.
Öppettiderna är helgfria tisdagar och torsdagar 1000-1500.



English description

The museum opened on 17 September 1998, but was unfortunately shut after just three years on 1 December 2001. Since then the "Arlanda Flight collection Friends " has made it possible to have the museum open a few times every month. They also take care of the maintenance of the flight collections.

You can log the cache at any time. But if you want to visit the flight collections you have fewer opportunities to choose from.
Opening hours are non-holiday Tuesdays and Thursdays 1000-1500.
