This is nearby the Minneapolis Police K-9 Kennels. The name refers to one of my favorite Thurber short stories about a man who drove his german shepherd dog crazy by asking him that same question over and over and over. It's on park property but stealth is still highly recommended. Park on the nearby parkway.
