This is a brand new location and container and should be much easier to look for than the old Veteran's Park cache without muggles watching. It is a tall sealable food storage container. The only reason I rated the terrain a 2 is because there are different ways to approach the cache and one of them involved some light bushwacking. I, of course, found a more direct route back to the car that involved no bushwacking. The park is open until dusk every day.
