Sprouts Restaurant

We've introduced many cachers to the splendours of sprouts, and all have saved the waypoint for a return visit. Where better to host an event than our favourite local hangout. Bring your lights for some post event caching, and plan your strategies for the weekend BFL caches.

Don't worry, they don't actually have any "sprouts" on the menu, but it IS healthy. We've yet to try a dish we haven't loved, and if you are feeling adventurous, you can even create your own custom order. Most menu items are $7.95 or less.

They don't have a lot of room (seating for 40) but service is very fast, and we can always spill out into the parking lot if it gets crowded.


Feel free to come early if you are in the neighbourhood. The restaurant closes at 8pm.

  1. Can you say Cusabi Chicken Salad?
  2. Salad or a Wrap? Sweet!
  3. Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato soup is excellent! (ask SoupKing)
