Geocache Description:


Located at the edge of the old Sego Utah cemetery. This rustic cemetery served the needs of a coal mining town which was founded in the early 1890s.

The cache can be accessed from inside or outside the fenced cemetery. Please respect the graves of the folks buried here when visiting the area.

Cache contains log, small pencil and a tiny train trinket plus a $1.00 bill for the first to find.

Access the cache from I-70 about 4 miles north of the small town of Thompson Springs. It is located just east of the junction to Sego Canyon. Visit the ghost town of Sego about 1 mile further and the numerous petroglyphs and other ancient rock art.
