There is something that's been bothering me. Do geocachers use peanut butter jars to hide things because they really love peanut butter and they just happen to have the jars around? Or do geocachers try to get their families to eat lots of peanut butter so they can use the jars? If you have an opinion, or a different answer, I'd be glad to add it to my research.
**The peanut butter jar keeps getting cleaned out of a bush where it was hidden. Each year the park crew come through and cleans a bit too well. The cache is now in another location in a smaller cache**.
The cache is located in Theodore park in (guess what!) a peanut butter jar. Better get there before the squirrels smell the jar! PLEASE re-hide as good or better than you found it. There is a small stuffed animal and some assorted trading items. This can be a very popular place, so if there is someone right next to the cache please come back later.
Good Luck!
