+++++++Congrats to Spider73 for being the 1st to do “Old Gimpys Bears, A Flat Top Reflection, and McAfee Knob Reflection in ONE day! What a feat! This is the guy that introduced me to Geocaching! How neat is this!
Ammo - can!
As you can tell this cache was planted on "Flat Top Mtn" along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Parking can be found at the Flat Top Mtn parking area about a mile North of the Peaks of Otter Restaurant.
It will be a 2.5 mile hike up the Mtn to the cache at an elevation (at the top) of 4001-ft.
Views up there are beyond words! Enjoy! There is a CD & a DVD in the cache.
NOTE: Cache is not hidden on land maintained by the National Park Service.
