View near the cachesite
I finally got round to finishing the Knapwell loop off with this cache and one other.
This is series of simple(ish) caches along pleasant footpaths near the village of Knapwell around farmland and woodland. At this time of year (September) the walk along this lane is great for blackberry picking. The series provides lovely views of the countryside.
The short loop is about 2.5 miles long or you can lengthen it by heading towards Childerley (about 4 miles) and pick up a couple more caches.
Watch out for nettles and possibly brambles in the summer months.
The Cache
The cache is a camouflaged screw top vitamin container with a logbook/pencil and small swaps. Please ensure you hide it back securely where you found it.
Stealth may be required along this section as dog walking muggles use it.
The path is fairly stroller friendly although I would suggest the rugged models only. The parking co-ords are for the series as a whole - this can be done as a cache 'n dash but please don't block the narrow road.
