Kätkö sijaitsee Kempeleen vanhan pappilan läheisyydessä.

Kätkö ei ole aidan sisäpuolisella alueella ja se sisältää vain lokipaperin

Cache is located near to old rectory of Kempele.

Cache is not in the fenced area and it contains only a log sheet

Kempeleen pappila perustettiin vuonna 1740 Kullio-nimiselle kruununtilalle. Nykyinen rakennus, joka valmistui vuonna 1899, on kolmas pappilana toiminut rakennus.
Talo toimi pappilana vuoteen 1966 asti, jolloin Kempeleen nykyinen seurakuntakeskus valmistui. Viimeisin pappilassa asunut kirkkoherra oli rovasti Kaarlo Ilmari Cajanus, Kempeleen kirkkoherra vuosina 1927-1966.
1960-luvulta lähtien pappila on toiminut mm. keskikouluna, Kirkonkylän ja Ylikylän ala-asteena sekä kerhotiloina.

Rectory was founded 1740 into a farm named Kullio. Current building, build 1899 is third of its kind in current location. This house acted as rectory until 1966 when current congregation hall was build.
Last person to live in rectory was parson Kaarlo Ilmari Cajanus ( 1927-1966)
Since 1960 rectory has been used as school and recreational place for hobbyist
