Pen Y Fan

What we are doing
This will be Heffalump007`s first walking cache event to be held at Pen Y Fan in south Wales. We will be having an early start to comence a broadley circular walk of about 9 miles taking in a number of caches on route to return to the starting point in the afternoon.

Location and timings
Date of the event: 27th November 2010
Meeting Time: 07:30HRS
Meeting location: Car park N 51° 51.104 W 003° 24.438
Start Time of the walk: 08:00HRS sharp.

Important Information
Everyone must be responsible for themselves for this event and should to bring everything they would normally need for a long walk ie proper walking boots, waterproofs, spare dry clothing, torch, whistle and adequate supplies of food and drink. The weather can change in seconds, so be prepared for all eventualities.
