in our disclaimer.
The cache is an unusual container containing only a small logbook. The location gives a good view of the nearby tumulus (a Latin word meaning ‘mound’ or ‘small hill’). This tumulus is believed to be a burial mound dating from around 2500 BC.
The Highfield Series
This 2.5 km series has been prepared for educational purposes by the school of the same name. We hope fellow cachers (and travel bugs) will visit it so we can learn more about Geocaching. The caches are located on or near part of the Letchworth Greenway. More information about this 21.8km circular cycle/footpath around Letchworth can be found at http://www.greenway.org.uk/
