Geocache Description:

IF ANYONE WANTS TO TAKEOVER THIS CACHE OR ANY OTHERS OWNED BY US PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO LOOK AFTER THEM X

This was a church we came across the other day while driving out to look at churches for the Micro series.

It was rebuilt in the 19th century and stands in a lovely graveyard which is now a wildlife haven.

Inside the church is a very rare plaster tympanum which possibly supported the rood.
A 13th century font, very simple in design is still in use today.
There is also a Decalogue from Wattisham Church which is now redundant.

The church is not open, but there are key holders in the village and surrounding areas.

The cache is a small camo tube containing a log, pencil and a couple of little items.

It is not hidden in the churchyard.

If anyone would like to expand this Church Micro numbered series please do. Please contact sadexploration via this website, so that he can keep track of the church numbers and names to avoid duplication.

****Well done to the HAPPY HOOPER'S for being FTF****
