Traveling the world exposes one to a number of languages and
cultures. Being a bit short on my knowledge in this area, I rely on
others to help figure this out. Once a man speaking Italian thought
I knew what he was talking about and all I did was nod... so he
kept talking. I didn't understand a word he was saying. Another
time I made the train (the wrong one!) and my wife didn't. I must
have looked really lost (because I was) when I couldn't figure out
the signs. A friendly young Spanish woman with her broken English
helped get me turned around on the next train back to the right
station. Thank goodness for friendly people. We now get on trains
in unison.
Some languages are better written than spoken, like this
one:

bederatzi hiru hamar . zortzi [hamabi-hamaika-bat] sei
