Geocache Description:

New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation Permit No. FDR-10-1 issued August 12, 2010.

An easy cache in FDR State Park. This began as a totally different concept. But things changed, and now it's a simple micro in the woods. No bushwacking necessary; trust the trails! Cache is less than 10' from a marked trail. You are looking for a camo'd tube about 6" long. BYOPOP, Parking fees are in effect seasonally. If you want to avoid paying, you can park at Downing Park in Yorktown (coordinates on this page) and walk about 0.6 miles to the cache, picking up Cluck Cluck (GC14HYQ) along the way.
