Geocache Description:

This Event is open to the entire Geocaching Community.
We cordially invite you, our "Geocaching Family" to take part in the exchange of wedding vows between Lord Vader of the Mini Martin Warriors and NOZY RN.

The event will be on Earth Day, October 10th, 2010 at 10:10:10 precisely.

It will also mark the 2000th cache for the MMW.

This event is intended to be a casual affair in Friendship Park, located at 265 Tazewell Street in Norfolk, Virginia. The design award winning park boasts one of the most beautiful settings on the Elizabeth River, and the accolades, tourists, and Geocachers just keep coming !

We look forward to sharing this special day with you.

Although it is NOT MANDATORY to log the event, if you would like to join us after the ceremony, we will be having brunch on the second floor of the Pagoda Garden Teahouse and Gallery. Elevator and stair access are both available. At about $10.00 per person, the menu typically includes Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs with French Toast and fresh fruit, Spanish Omelets, Poached Salmon with Spinach and Hash browns, Crab cakes, and Shrimp Tempura.

We look forward to the fellowship of our geocaching friends and of course the exchange of stories and ideas for caching the planet :)

There will however be a table set up for travel bug drop off and exchange. The greatest gift you could give us is your presence. We would however greatly appreciate photos of the event be posted to the cache page. Hope to see you there !
