Since I solved a puzzle in France while I was in the Bay Area, I figured that it was time to travel to France to solve a local puzzle.
Although I haven’t been to “The City of Lights”, I made a photo collection of places that I want to visit.
Feel free to log (1) places that you have visited, (2) want to visit, or (3) I should visit (besides GC1VGVV) in France.

10/24/12 Update - I have been to Paris (twice) after this puzzle was published. Although I didn’t have a problem solving this puzzle before I visited Paris 
, I agree with thelins that “a plane ticket and a lovely vacation” in Paris will definitely help. I have visited eight of the pictured locations and many more in/around Paris. A few that I would add is Saint-Sulpice (when the organ is playing), Musée de Cluny, Saint-Étienne-du-Mont (contains the shrine of St. Geneviève, the patron saint of Paris), Sainte-Chapelle (for the amazing stained glass) and the Palace of Versailles. I took a nice/long walk to GC1VGVV but unfortunately it was archived.
