FR flag Lors des combats de la première guerre mondiale, les soldats morts sur le front ne pouvaient pas toujours être évacués rapidement vers les lignes arrières. Les corps étaient alors inhumés provisoirement puis déplacés.

Vous voyez ici au sol de nombreuses sépultures allemandes provisoires.
