Petit oratoire, édifié au 19ème siècle, au milieu des bois, pour abriter une statue de la vierge découverte dans les combles de l'église St-Michel. Site pittoresque et reposant, à 5 kms du centre-ville, route des Trays [source site web de la commune].
Cette statue, inscrite à l'inventaire des bâtiments de France, est une Vierge à l'Enfant, en bois polychrome, datée du XVIIe siècle. Elle représente la Vierge soutenant l'Enfant de son bras gauche tandis que le droit brandit le sceptre royal, attitude très en vogue au XVIIe.
C'est son nouvel abri qui lui vaut son vocable de Notre-Dame des Trays . L'oratoire est le but de pèlerinages réguliers organisés par la paroisse de La Ferté-Saint-Aubin. Notre-Dame des Trays est invoquée pour résoudre les problèmes familiaux et ceux de la vie courante, comme en témoignent les nombreux ex-voto entourant la statue.

This statue, inscribed in the inventory of buildings in France, is a Virgin and Child, in polychrome wood, dated the seventeenth century. It represents the Virgin supporting the Child of his left arm while the right raises the scepter, an attitude very popular in the seventeenth.
His new shelter which earned him his title of Our Lady of the trays. The oratory is the purpose of regular pilgrimages organized by the parish of La Ferte-Saint-Aubin. Our Lady of the Trays is used to resolve family problems and those of everyday life, as evidenced by the numerous ex-voto surrounding the statue.
