Botev is the highest peak in Stara Planina Mountain with an altitude of 2376 m. It is located in Central Stara Planina. The peak is located in the reserve Dzhandema. The shortest route for climbing the peak is in the southern ridge of the mountain hut Rai. The transition takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to pass the so-called Tarzanova path. Other options are to climb from hut Pleven transition from 3.5 to 4 hours from the hut with Taja march from 4.5 to 5 hours, and Vasil Levski hut for 3.5 to 4 hours. To any of the huts are not reached by car.
Ботев е най-високият връх в Стара планина с надморска височина 2376 м. Намира в Централна Стара планина. Върхът се намира в резерват Джандема. "Най-краткият маршрут за изкачване на върха е през южното било на планината от хижа Рай . Преходът отнема около 2,5-3 часа, минава се по така наречената Тарзанова пътека. Други възможности за изкачване са от хижа Плевен с преход от 3,5-4 часа, от хижа Тъжа с поход от 4,5-5 часа, и от хижа Васил Левски за 3,5-4 часа". До никоя от хижите не се стига с автомобил.
