Geocache Description:

The current MN-25 is the third bridge to cross the Mississippi River at Monticello. A steel truss bridge stood from 1929 until 1987. Remains of the second bridge still exist in the parking lot of a local bar and grille (out of business) on the east side of the river. The remains include two bridge joints, the deck plate, and a sign indicating where the center line of the bridge once stood.
