This is fun and easy cache that is great for families, kids and beginners. This is a two part geocache leading to the Pencader Heritage Museum. We suggest you start here and park. From here you can walk to the second cache and the museum. We invite you to visit the museum, when open. Plenty of parking and great exhibits. FREE ADMISSION

The Pencader Heritage Museum is open to the public on Wednesdays and on the first and third Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Private Tours by appointment. We created an educational environment for students, teachers and interested residents to learn about the history and culture of the Pencader Hundred. Our Cooch Room features pictures and memorabilia of the Cooch family, the Dayett Room houses artifacts and information concerning the history of the Dayett Mill and in the Pencader Room are displays of Native American Indian and Revolutionary War artifacts. Our inventory ncludes replica cannons, period clothing, household items and agricultural tools from an earlier era. Our "please touch" area includes parts from a M-48 tank built by the Chrysler Corporation right here in Newark.
