Kapellal - Brandberger Kapelle
Die Brandberger Kapelle (oder Kapellal, wie sie liebenswürdig von den Einheimischen genannt wird) befindet sich etwa 200m oberhalb von Mayrhofen. Von weitem schon sieht man das kleine Türmchen der Kapelle von der steilen Bergflanke ins Tal schauen.
The Brandberg Chapel (or Kapellal as it is lovingly called by the locals) is located about 200m above Mayrhofen. You can see the small tower of the chapel looking down into the valley from far away.
Dieser Multicache soll euch auf einer kleinen Wanderung von Mayrhofen aus entlang eines Kreuzwegs zum "Kapellal" begleiten.
This multicache is supposed to lead you on a hike from Mayrhofen to the chapel.
Stage 1: N47°09.664 E011° 52.011
Die Wanderung beginnt am Waldkreuz, wo auch schon die erste Frage auf euch wartet:

Und weiter gehts zu Station 2: Welche Nummer hat die Kreuzwegstation direkt in der Kehre? Die Antwort ist B.

Nun gelangt ihr zu Station 3, wo eine sehr aussichtsreiche Bank wartet, um euch eine kleine Rast zu gewähren. Zähle nun die Balken der Bank und addiere 1! Diese Zahl ist C.
Vor dem Weitergehen musst du nun noch einen Schritt zurück tun, um die Nummer der Kreuzwegstation aufzuschreiben. Diese Zahl ist D.
You now reach stage 3 and a bench which provides a scenic view. Count the balks of the bench and add 1. This number is C.
Before you go on take a step back and write down the number of the station of the cross near the bench. This number is D.

Und weiter gehts zu einem Grenzstein, der euch schon von weitem entgegengrüßt. Notiere dir die Zahl auf dem Grenzstein als F.

Die nächste Station ist nun auch nicht mehr weit. Zähle hier, wie oft das Seil am Felsen verankert ist! Diese Zahl ist G.

Die Kapelle ist erreicht! Doch bevor du die Kapelle betrittst, solltest du dir das Umfeld der Kapelle anschauen und sie einmal umrunden. Finde dabei heraus, wie alt Hans G. Furth wurde und notiere diese Zahl als H.
Nun bist du bereit, die Kapelle zu betreten. Verhalte dich bitte diesem sakralen Ort angemessen!
Genau gegenüber des Eingangs findest du zwei Tafeln, die die Geschichte der Kapelle erzählen. Finde heraus, wann die Kapelle erbaut wurde und Notiere diese Zahl als I.
