In just over three years, the quest has grown to over six hundred caches hidden in Colorado, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Florida, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, New Jersey, and Ontario and the hiders have grown to THIRTY cacher teams, most of which are comprised of Dogs and their Humans.
Over 1,000 cacher teams have logged over 20,500 finds.

"Concordia Cemetery"

This quest will bring you to the Concordia Cemetery on the near southside of Indianapolis. Founded in May of 1870 by St. Paul's German Evangelical Lutheran Church, it was known as the Lutheran Cemetery for many years.

This cemetery provides a beautiful and peaceful location in the middle of the traffic and bustle of Indianapolis. This is a good-sized and well cared for cemetery, although it isn't a large as St. Joseph Cemetery just up the street. The northern end is where the older graves are found, and another ISQ cache is placed there.

WWI Veteran

William Mandach was a WWI veteran who was assigned to the 155th Depot Brigade. Most infantry divisions had a depot brigade which was responsible for receiving, training, equiping, and assigning replacements.

WWI Artillery Veteran

The Coastal Artillery was formed during the Spanish-American War. Generally, they manned fixed artillery positions along our coast at forts and as harbor defenses. However, during WWI several of these units served as US heavy artillery at the front in France.

Cool Headstone

I've not been able to find any information about Mr. Poehler, but I found this to be a striking headstone. Your first thought upon seeing an anchor on a headstone would be that their is a nautical tie in. However, anchors have long been used as a Christian symbol on headstones.

The anchor was regarded in ancient times as a symbol of safety and was adopted by Christians as a symbol of hope and steadfastness.
FIND LOGS ON THIS CACHE THAT INDICATE NIGHT CACHING WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTICE!!

The cache container is a medium peanut butter jar. You must sign the log to claim a Smilie.

If you cache at night, or don't sign the log, or reveal the additional hint in your log, or don't fulfill any additional requirements, your find log will be deleted without notice...If you think these terms to be unfair, don't bother to hunt this cache. The cache is not located near a grave...

If you find a fallen US flag, please stick it back in the ground. As always, please be respectful of our pioneer dead and, and cache in, trash out.

None genuine without this official SixDogTeam seal.
