The name "Positively Fourth Street" as some of you know, is a title of a song written by Bob Dylan in 1965. This cache is along Fourth Street in Oakdale, hence the name.
This cache was placed on June 21, 2010, the Summer Solstice. And as we all know, it is the longest day of the year. Like CacheCatcher96 would say, "What d'ya mean? They're all twenty four hours long".
