Geocache Description:

This is an easy cache located on a public footpath just beyond the church yard.

Holy trinity Church is one of 38 remaining round tower churches in Suffolk. Above the porch entrance are the remains of a 15th niche, flanked by angels. This was defaced by iconoclasts in the 16th and 17th centuries, but the major damage occurred when a sundial, now gone, was fitted in the 18th century, slicing the angels in half.

This series of Church Micro caches has a bonus at the end of it. In order to find this one you will need to collect the clues placed in each log book. The churches making up this series are:
North Cove
Barnby
Gisleham
Oulton
Somerleyton
Herringfleet
Ashby (Bonus Cache)

If any body would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.
