Very easy to get to but as cache is hidden low down a wheelchair user may need assistance. Cache is in plain view (it's not in a garden) but requires extreme stealth when being removed. The area around the cache can be a bit thick with muggles on foot and in cars. Please be careful as cars travel quite fast down this road.
When you find the cache it might be worth taking it around the corner to inspect/ fill in the log. The log is much easier to remove if you unscrew both ends of the cache cylinder.
