Halfway Hotsprings are undeveloped and rustric. So be sure to bring your swimsuit and towel.
Take Hwy 23 north out of Nakusp. Once you cross St Leon Creek Bridge (25 km from Nakusp) take the first right onto Halfway Road (note the signage for this road is missing)
Travel approx 11 km up a logging road.
There are two ways to reach the springs
1) A oneway 4X4 road leads off the main road to a large flat area with a new outhouse. Continue down the hill to the creek and you will find the Hotsprings.
or
2) For those without a 4X4 - A one way road leads to a large parking area about 100 m.in from Halfway Rd. Follow the well definded trail to the flat area mentioned above.
The cache is contained in a large camoed Folgers coffee can.
