No próximo dia 26 de
Junho, realizar-se-á,
na Reserva Florestal do Pinha da Paz em Ponta
Delgada, um almoço/churrasco
cujo objectivo principal é promover o convívio entre geocachers e
amigos!!
Sendo
uma Churrascada, a ementa vai consistir principalmente de carnes
diversas e bebidas (pão e batatas fritas).
Informação sobre Comidas e Bebidas! O custo da
Churrascada será a despesa total (comida e bebida) a dividir pelos
participantes com mais de 12 anos de
idade. As crianças com menos de
12 anos não pagam.
Porém,
se preferirem algum menu alternativo (se por exemplo, preferirem
peixe ou forem vegetarianos, etc.) sintam-se livres para trazer a
comida que quiserem. Nesse caso não há lugar a qualquer pagamento,
excepto as bebidas que terão um custo simbólico pp.
O parque
da reserva florestal possui óptimas infra-estruturas, com sombras,
parques infantis e instalações sanitárias, para além de bastante
espaço para estacionar os veículos.
Como o
Parque ainda é grande, convém levar o GPS para conseguir chegar ao
evento (e não só)! Se não levares GPS, o local é junto ao parque
infantil.
A
hora de início é às 12h00 e terminará quando a malta se cansar, lá
para o fim do dia.
Pelas 15h00, será tirada a foto de grupo!
Marquem na vossa agenda e façam o "Will Attend", com a indicação
de quantas pessoas com mais de 12 anos e quantas com 12 ou menos
irão!

On the next 26th
June will happen near Ponta Delgada, in Pinhal da Paz, a
lunch/grill which main goal is to promote a gathering between
geocachers and friends.
Being a BBQ, the menu will consist mainly of various meats and
drinks (bread and chips).
Information about Food and
Drinks!The price of the Grill will be the cost of food and drinks
to share with the participants over 12 years
old. It's free for children with 12 years or
less.
Check this information about the prices food and
drinks. If you prefer some alternative menu (for example, if you
prefer fish or you are vegetarian, etc.) please feel free to bring
your own food and consume only the drinks. The price for the drinks
is symbolic.
The Pinhal da Paz has excellent
infrastructures, with shade, playgrounds and toilets, and enough
space to be and for vehicle parking. As it is a rather big park,
GPS will be useful to get to the exact place of the event. If you
don´t have one, just go to the children’s
playground.
This event starts at 12h00 although the
park opens at 10h00, and will be finished at the end of the day,
when everybody is ready to go home. Around 15h00 a group picture
will be taken!
Schedule this event on your Agenda and log your
“Will Attend”! Tell how many people will be with you,
over 12 yo, and 12 yo or less.
