Geocache Description:

Cache is located in an empty parking lot near Highway 169 and Marschall Road. Several stores have failed to survive in this location, and it has been empty for some time now. However, you may be able to pick up some plants or flowers if you visit during the right time of year. Room for small trackables and swag. Some stealth required.
No longer the "drive right up to it without getting out of the car" P&G because they have put up barricades, but still a quick grab.
