This cache is hidden in Inver Grove Heights "River Front Park."
This park is used mainly by fisherman and picnickers. It's a good
place to relax, have a picnic, see eagles, and watch towboats and
barges.You also may see a train go by or see a seaplane from the
Wipline Seaplane Base, just down river.
I am a volunteer with the Inver Grove Heights Parks and
Recreation Adopt-A-Park
program. I have adopted this park. I help keep it clean and report
