This is our very first own cache but we thought that this place just needs one. It´s a very nice and quite place where many people come along but do not pay much attention to it. We want to change this a bit, it´s worth it!! As everywhere please do not leave your garbage/ waste there so that the place stays at nice as it is right now.
It is almost a “Drive In”- cache but good shoes are quite important. You don´t have to hike for long but you will feel like a little goat…
We placed the cache after a rainy morning and had no problems. Better not try it while raining, it could be difficult, maybe impossible.
We wish you good hunting and enjoy the place!!
Small note on cache maintenance: We are here three times a year. Local relatives will also help if needed.
UPDATE 1.07.2011: Please look at the spoiler picture. Due to bad gps signal it´s not that easy to find but many cachers could handle it before so don´t worry!! UPDATE 8.09.2017: due to several logs criticizing the underground we feel forced to change it. We made it with usual sandals so just give it a try. Also the coords for the parking lot have changed so now it's almost a drive-through :-) .
