This is cache 3 of my "400 Series." This is to celebrate that I
have found over 400 caches and finally decided to hide some.
About time, HUH!
This cache is hidden in Inver Grove Heights' River
Heights Park. Actully, there are plenty of places to park your
vehicle around here, but No Park. Although this just looks
like an overgrown field, it is a small undeveloped park. It looks
like there might have been a trail roughly following the park
boundaries, here at one time, but it has grown back to nature.
