Gt. Lawrence Church is a Grade II* listed building dating from the 13th Century.

The first vicar at St.Lawrence, Henricus was ordained in 1223.

The building has seen many periods of expansion and restoration through the centuries and it remains a very active church, part of the Ecumenical parish of Stantonbury

The first reference to a church in Bradwell comes from the early 12th century when the advowson was given to the newly founded Tickford Priory, at Newport Pagnell, by William de Bayeux and Robert de Bradwell.

There is a nearby Motte and bailey you dont need to enter this area to find the cache. details taken from the Mk web site
