The first geocache to be placed by Oskar and Niilo. This cache was placed on 14.05.10 which makes it now 4 years old and with over 800 visits. It's a nice location.
Finding the cache could be quite tricky to find as there are many possible hiding places. Even if the island appears heavily populated you can still get the cache without being observed if you are careful.
The cache can be searched for easily in dry weather but be careful in the wet. The cache will become practically impossible to find if there is snowfall.
The terrain has been updated. It is probably not suitable for young children and requires a bit of clambering about and bending over to find.
The cache is a 1L tupperware container with a blue lid. Contains a logbook, pencil, pencil sharpener, small trinkets for exchange.
The cache will be maintained all summer until the weather gets bad and then will be archived for the winter. If this cache continues to be popular and muggle-free we can do it each spring until fall. Enjoy!
