Continue along the footpath with the hedgerow on your left. At
the field corner go through the hedge, over the footbridge and into
the next field. More continuing along the footpath, now with the
hedgerow on your right.
A stroll of a little over 7 miles between Newton Burgoland and
Barton in the Beans, hence named Burgo & Beans. Uses public
footpaths, including part of the Leicestershire Round, and a
stretch of the Ashby-de-la-Zouche Canal towpath. Mostly gentle
walking with no steep inclines.
