Medium Lock&Lock on a trail along the Taconic.
After placing my other cache "Sunday Stroll", I wondered where the
path would go if I took it in the other direction. Now I know. Luna
the Wonderdog and I were out for a stroll on this lovely Thursday,
and so now you have another cache to find!
I would love to say that this was a lovely trail. However, between
all the trash from the Taconic, including the roadkill... I have
seen lovelier paths in my time. Still, there are some nice spots.
There was a series of trails leading off of this path, but there
was a no trespassing sign. They seemed to go to the Trump
property.
The tough part of this cache will be figuring out where to park.
There is access to the trail on Rt. 132. I parked at one of the
local businesses and started my walk next to the "Goose House". If
anyone finds another access point, I'd be happy to learn of it! DO
NOT PARK OR WALK ON THE TACONIC PARKWAY!!!
