Vorab der Hinweis, daß es sich bei dem Gelände um den Teich um ein Naturschutzgebiet handelt. Gleichzeitig ist es aber auch ein Naherholungsgebiet. Seid also bitte achtsam und umsichtig. Nicht nur der Erholung-Suchende, sondern auch die Natur wird es Euch danken.

First of all let me advert you to the nature reserve surrounding the hole area around the pond. Contemporaneously it is also a local recreation area. Therefore please be careful and circumspect. Not only the rest-searching, but also the nature would be grateful.

Der Rundgang ist circa 1,5 Kilometer lang und sollte, wenn ihr nicht von Station zu Station eilt, in einer guten Stunde, ohne Pause, zu absolvieren sein.
Dennoch empfehle ich diesen Multi-Cache anzugehen, wenn angenehmes Wetter herrscht, so daß ihr auf dem Rundweg vielleicht doch eine Pause (für ein Picknick) einlegen könnt.
Es bleibt nichts weiter übrig, als Euch viel Spaß zu wünschen.

The walkaround is approximately 1.5 kilometers long and should be finished, if you don't hurry from station to station, in a good hour.
I recommend to absolve this multi-cache if pleasant weather conditions prevail, so you can take a rest and enjoy the silence of that place (maybe while you're having a picnic).

Der Teich wird im Westen von Langewiesen, im Süden von Gehren und Jesuborn und im Südosten von Pennewitz eingegrenzt. Unweit des Teiches befinden sich mehrere Rad- und Wanderwege. So könnt Ihr zum Beispiel mit dem Rad auf dem Ilmtalradweg Richtung Ilmenau bzw. Richtung Weimar fahren, oder einfach nur durch die unzähligen schönen Wälder wandern.

The pond is bordered in the west by Langewiesen, in the south by Gehren and Jesuborn and in the southeast by Pennewitz. Nearby the pond there are multiple hiking- and bicycle-trails. Therefore you can drive with bike in direction to Ilmenau or Weimar. Or you just can take a fantastic walk through the countless beautiful forests.

Nachdem ihr Euer Fahrzeug an den angegebenen Koordinaten abgestellt habt, schaut euch um und ihr seht schon die erste Informationstafel. Beantwortet folgende Frage:

Hinweis: An diesem Punkt dreht euch in Richtung Süden. Ihr blickt nun auf den Kamm des "Langen Berges". Wenn ihr genau schaut, und das Wetter läßt es zu, könnt ihr sogar das "Lange-Berg-Denkmal" des Fürsten sehen.
2) Wieviel Meter sind es bis nach Jesuborn?

Nordwärts geht es weiter zu Wegpunkt Nummer 3, in dessen Nähe sich auch eine kleine Hütte, prädestiniert für ein Picknick, befindet.
3) Hier findet ihr eine Pflanze, deren Gattungsname euch daran erinnert, daß es gefroren sein könnte.
