GHAGAFAP IX Event Cache

NOTE:  Please CHECK FOR YOUR NAME on our registration list.  If you aren't on it, or the information is wrong, please just POST A NOTE on the main geocaching.com event page.

All "Will Attends" posted after noon on Friday will be considered "last minute" and will not be on the official registration list.  We have a limited number of swag bags for attendees and it's first come, first served. Pre-Registration is available in the Group Camping Area (site 301) on Friday night.  The main registration will open in front of the pavilion at 9:30am.

We have 203 adults and 63 kids attending (as of this posting).

Early Registration Friday Night

As usual, we will be providing the Friday night campers with the opportunity to grab their registration kits early. 

We will have a registration area set up in the group camping area for this purpose.

Campers
 

• We have reserved the entire Group Camping area from Friday night and Saturday night.
   
• Firewood is available at the front gate. If you are camping, or simply attending the campfire...please consider a firewood donation!

• WHO - Anyone and Everyone. This is a family friendly event geared for all ages. Bring the kids, Grandma, Grandpa... even the family dog.
   
• WHAT - A fun filled picnic day of geocaching, games and events suitable for all ages. Now in our ninth year, GHAGAFAP is Canada's longest running annual event.   If you are new to the hobby, this is a great opportunity to meet other geocachers, talk to them and get the inside scoop. There will be games for kids and adults alike.  There will be camping available for Friday and Saturday night with activities for young and old.
   
• WHERE - Rockwood Conservation Area - Main Pavilion
   
• WHEN - September 18, 2010:  Registration starts at 9:30 a.m.
   
• WHY - Because we can't think of a better way to wind down a great season of caching then have a get together with Family and Friends.  Previous years have seen people from all over the world join in the fun of GHAGAFAP. So c'mon out and DO THE 'FAP!
