The cache is a cammo'd pill bottle behind Mayflower Lake.
This cache can be apprached from the Dark Lake Road or from the walking trail in Rockwood Park. Follow a faint trail around the lake to ground zero. I usually don't like to use micros in the woods, but this should be an easy find. Go a bit further and it will take you to a nice rock outcrop at the edge of the lake.
