A very easy cache and dash... and please include a five minute walk to the lovely falls on the Endrick.
Parking for this cache is a few yards West of GZ on the road, there is room for a few cars on the verge.
The cache should be an easy find at the roadside, however, please take a few minutes to walk down to the Pots of Gartness, this is an unusal rock feature on the Endrick, just follow the lane from GZ past the white cottage and straight ahead there is a gate and a steep set of steps leading down to the falls, please take heed of signs posted.
Salmon can be seen jumping here at appropriate time of the year, well worth a visit at any month of the year though.
Walkers are welcome here but absolutely no cars please on the lane...... ****Have listed terrain as 1.5 for the actual cache, if however you visit the falls then bear in mind the steep flight of steps with handrail which would increase the terrain rating! ****
