En cache med utsikt til Løkka Gård ved Sognsvann, et perfekt
utgangspunkt for turer i marka.
A cache with a view of Løkka Gård close to Sognsvann, a perfect
gateway to the forest.
Løkka gård ligger rett syd for Sognsvann, nord for Gaustadjordene.
Det er en gammel husmannsplass som lå under Gaustad gård og senere
Gaustad sykehus. Plassen stammer fra 1800-1850. Det står 1800 på
låven, men man er usikker på det eksakte årstall.
Staten eide Løkka frem til 2000, nå er gården i privat eie. For
øyeblikket bor det 6 hester her.
Nærmeste parkering er ved Sognsvann, hit kommer man også
kollektivt. Husk å besøke de mange andre fine cachene i nærheten,
og ta turen sydover langs Gaustadjordene til Tuggerud-cachen, eller
nordover opp i Nordmarka.

The farm Løkka is located just south of Sognsvann at the edge of
Nordmarka Forest. The farm is supposedly from year 1800 and is now
privately owned.
Closest parking is by Sognsvann Station, a short walk from the
cache. Remember to visit the other great caches in the area, among
them the new Tuggerud cache about 1,5 km south. You can also use
Sognsvann as a gateway for the wonderful Nordmarka forest.
