another King Boreas cache (853)
Pine Point Park, near Lake Louise
Cache is a 3 quart plastic jar. Located approx. 1/3 mile from the parking lot as the crow flies; however, you'll want to follow the trails to get there. The final trail is actually a horse path and is very narrow. The cache is only a few feet off the trail, so you shouldn't need to bushwhack to get to it. Thanx for all the nice comments.
From Team Dennis 11/2/2019: This great park has undergone some serious changes in the past 18 years; where there used to be only a few main trails and the rest was "paths" where only deer, rabbits and a few brave Geocachers used to go, now there are now nice, wide hiking and cross country ski highways for all to enjoy. The cache is now a 1 quart plastic jar hidden 20' off the new trail. Please note that biking on these trails is PROHIBITED!!!
Washington County Parks are open from 7AM until 1/2 hour after sunset and the first (non-holiday) Tuesday is FREE entrance day to all Washington County Parks!
