OBS! Detta är ingen vanlig cache, utan en earth-cache. Denna loggas genom att besvara en del frågor. Mellan Fågelskolan och Värpinge by ligger rinnebäcksravinen, Lunds första kommunala naturreservat. Ravinen utgör gräns mellan bebyggelsen i sydöst och det öppna odlingslandskapet och golfbanan i nordväst. Den djupt nerskurna bäckravinen betas och här kan man fortfarande hitta många av de gamla betesmarkernas örter.
Ravinen är bara några hundra meter lång och ca 50 m bred där den är som bredast. Man klättrar över en övergång i fårstängslet och går ner i botten av ravinen. Fåren betar under vår och sommar. Tidigt på våren kan man få se lamm. Ravinen har bildats när isen smälte och stora vattenmassor skar ner i marken. På den branta kanten kan man se avlagringar från istiden. Man hittar flinta och urbergsrester.

Between the school ”Fågelskolan” and Värpinge village, is the Rinnebäcks ravine, Lunds first municipal nature reserve. The ravine is the border between the village in the southeast and the open landscape and golfcourse in the northwest. The deep cut ravine is grazed by sheeps and here you still can find many of the old grazedlands herbs.
The ravine is just a few hundred meters long and appr. 50 metres wide where it is the widest. There are several crossings into the ravine along the fences. There can you cross and go down into the ravine. Early in the spring-time you could be lucky to see small lambs. This ravine has been formed when the ice from the ice-age time melted, and large amount of water cut down in the ground. On the steep edge of the ravine, You can see deposits from the ice-age. You could find flint and bedrock remains here.
